كنيسة مار يوسف - وطى الجوزبنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩١٧ فوق كنيسةٍ أقدم عهدًا. رمّمت وأخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٧٥. لوحة مار يوسف من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي تعود لسنة ١٨٦٨. تتميّز الكنيسة بقبّة حجريّة بشكل طابيّة كاهن يعلوها صليب.The church of St Joseph - Wata el JawzThe church was built in 1917 over an older church, and took its final form in the restoration of 1975. The painting of St Joseph is made by Kanaan Dib in 1868. The bell tower is topped by a sculpture of a Tabye, the traditional maronite priestly hat, with a cross over it.

كنيسة سيّدة الشير - إهمج

كنيسة سيدة الشير الرعائيّة العجائبيّة، دُعيت بهذا الإسم نسبةً إلى المكان الذي أقيمت عليه وهو شير صخريّ يبلغ ارتفاعه حوالي خمسين مترًا. تعود الكنيسة الأولى إلى العصور الوسطى، وخُرّبت وأعيد بناؤها سنة ١٦٧٦، بعد عودة الأهالي إلى القرية. بدأ العمل في بناء الكنيسة بشكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ وتمّ إنجازها في العام ١٩٢٠. وهي تشتهر بعجائبها الكثيرة.

The church of Our Lady of the cliff - Ehmej

The parish church of our Lady was named after a 50 meter limestone cliff above which it stands. The first medieval church was sabotaged and rebuilt in 1676 after the Maronites' return to the village. In 1900 the church took its current form and was completed in 1920. The church is a pilgrimage site famous for the miracles that happened there.

كنيسة مار أنطونيوس الكبير - الزغرين

سنة ١٨٧٦ طلب الرهبان الحلبيّين في دير مار الياس شويّا من المطران يوسف جعجع بناء كنيسةٍ لشركائهم، فأذن لهم وبنوا الكنيسة سنة ١٨٧٧. الكنيسة كناية عن عقدٍ مُصالب ينتهي بحنية. تضم الكنيسة لوحتين تعودان لأواخر القرن التاسع عشر: مار يوسف من عمل كنعان ديب، ومار أنطونيوس الكبير من عمل داوود القرم.

The church of St Anthony the Great - Zaghrine

In 1876 the Aleppan monks living in the monastery of St Elias Shwaya asked Mgr Youssef Geagea a permission to build a church for their monastery’s surfs living in Zeghrine. After the permission was given, construction began and ended a year later. The church is a cross vaulted structure. It holds two paintings from the end of the XIXth century: St Joseph by Kanaan Dib and St Anthony by Daoud el Qorm.
